Well the cheapest way to help with stretch marks is cocoa butter lotion. You can find that at a dollar store, and it works, but as a fair warning, nothing really can stop stretch marks from happening. Good luck!

I got my Bio Oil at CVS, but they do have it at Walgreens and Jewel Osco. I dont know if you have those stores or not. Try a drug store.
I use Palmers stretch mark lotion, works really well so far for me.
