It seems you have a completely wrong idea of dubai mate. :-)
Not all Arabs are terrorists, the same way as not all Americans are obese.
Maybe you should google up some of this stuff before asking questions like these.
The UAE is a peaceful country, they are investing in the future with these construction projects, they do not force women to wear veils (although it's plain respect to not show too much skin in a muslim country anyway). Also I don't remember hearing of any bombings whatsoever (although 1 or 2 have been prevented I believe).
