I live in apartment, can't get in contact with my landlord, neighbor's oil is spilling, fumes bad!?

We live in an old house split into 4 apartments. Our one neighbor, who isn't home, her oil tank is leaking profusely in the basement. Our landlord won't answer calls or messages. The fumes are terrible.

Who should we contact in this emergency?I live in apartment, can't get in contact with my landlord, neighbor's oil is spilling, fumes bad!?
Fire Department. It's a safety issue.I live in apartment, can't get in contact with my landlord, neighbor's oil is spilling, fumes bad!?
sounds dangerous. how about the local power company? are they the suppliers for the fuel? or call the fire department and ask for their advice.

one thing's for sure, sitting around and waiting for it to explode is not a good plan.
The police and they'll be able to track down your landlord as well as get the necessary help to fix the leak and get rid of the fumes
The FIRE DEPARTMENT!!!!!

Seriously!
Call the fire department. Those oil fumes could ignite.
Call the fire department. If they don't respond move all of your stuff into storage, and strike a match!
Call 911. That sounds dangerous.
perhaps the gas company or the fire department
Call the fire department............
Call police.
Fire department. Call now, don't wait.
Fire Dept.
