I think you have Obama crossed up with Bush bud. More importantly the rise in gas prices is due to the economics of supply and demand. Since Americans and people all over the world have lowered their consumption of gasoline OPEC and the energy corporations have raised the price of oil and the refinement of oil to make money while demand is low. Consider taking an into to economics class at your local community college so you don't ask any more dumb *** partisan questions.
