What are good, quality brands of essential oils like citronella, cedar, ect...?

i'm trying to make an all natural concoction for my dogs to ward off fleas, tick and such. also for myself when i go hiking, fishing, camping this summer. any info helps!

preferably online at a trusted site.

stores are good too. What are good, quality brands of essential oils like citronella, cedar, ect...?
I don't know of any good sites or concoctions for canine bug repellents, but I would use them with caution. Is there any way you can speak to a naturist-type person to advise what essential oils are safe to use on your dog (and around other animals) to repel insects.

I'd Google some sites, email some as well and head to your local heath food store, or something similar, and ask them. Better safe than sorry :)

What I use on my dogs and horses in the mosquito season is Apple Cider Vinegar. Here's a link to give you an idea http://www.earthclinic.com/Pets/acvfordo鈥?/a>

Good luck!
