Why doesn't Kuwait give us discounted oil?

the USA saved their butts in the first gulf war, shouldn't we be getting a discount for letting them remain a country instead of being slaves to IRAQ?Why doesn't Kuwait give us discounted oil?
Since the Kuwaiti govt sold its oil rights to a multinational oil company, it is not under their control.Why doesn't Kuwait give us discounted oil?
I have been wondering the same thing for years. Also, why didn't we install a Democratic Government there too?????

Kuwait was on Iraq' side while they were fighting the costly Iran/Iraq war but suddenly did not pay what was promised to Saddam. In fact, they were accused of slant-drilling from Iraq's Oil largest oil reserve.





Then Bush the Elder's April Glaspie gave tacit approval for the invasion of Iraq in the first place.





There are more than a few contributors to Iraq's woes.

It wasn't just the US but 60 some coalition forces, doesn't that mean that all of those countries should get the discount?
So we should only save people who have something we want now?

They dont give us a disccoun because we dont demand it!
