What is the price of gas where you live since oil is down to $39 a barrel? $1.39 around here?

Do you think it will go back up and they are just pacifying us for a while? What is the price of gas where you live since oil is down to $39 a barrel? $1.39 around here?
In Brisbane, Queensland Australia it has been hovering around 82.9 cents (Aus dollar) but just waiting for the return to nearly $2 just a few months ago. Its a price game, get you comfortable in enjoying going places you can afford to and then whip it out.

Unfortunately they are a law amongst themselves. What is the price of gas where you live since oil is down to $39 a barrel? $1.39 around here?
$2.79 = US Highest -- Kihei, Hawaii

$1.65 = US average

$1.25 = US Lowest -- Evanston, Wyoming

$1.47 = Laurel Maryland = Where I live.
It's about $1.50 here. Over the summer I saw a big increase of people riding the buses, riding mopeds and bicycles, and walking. I think the public got fed up or simply couldn't afford gas anymore and cut down. I heard this happened all around the country and that scared the oil companies. It may go back up but maybe not as high.
It's $1.60 here, and it will stay down only as long as the demand stays low. I think they found the mark at $4 where people just won't drive anymore - let's all keep conserving and keep the supply ahead of the demand so we don't keep making the oil and gas companies richer than they already are.
$1.55/gallon for regular unleaded at Arco, San Diego, CA 92131.

Yes, I expect it to rise again above $2/gallon before next summer. As you may know, OPEC has already started reducing its daily production.
Only yesterday in Redcliffe Australia, the price of fuel was AUS$00.91.9 cents a litre and with a 'shopper docket' got 4 cents reduction, making it $00.87.9 cents a litre.
still up at over $7 here in uk but was over $8 recently most of that is govt tax.

You don't know how lucky you are in the states .

maybe you can see why we don't drive gas guzzlers.
I think they are trying to pacify everyone, especially with everything else that's going on now. Gas here is $1.33 in northern Utah, and it's about time!
$1.59 a gal. in Cincinnati. . . I thought for sure they would raise it for the Holidays., but so far they haven't !
$1.55 here and yes it will go back up some, they have already said they were gonna cut production in jan. so the price will go back up.
