No, he lives on a ';ranch.'; But he acts like he does. All that sulfur has corroded his reality circuits.
He lives in Texas where there are plenty of refineries. Also, his vice presdient was former CEO of Halliburton, which is involved with oil and gas dealings.

Now the liberals are all about the economy and Al Gore would NEVVVVER do something like that and mean ole George Bush loves to waste oil.
