There are two sources, one is a plant source, like Flax oil... However, if you prefer a fish source, then Nordic Naturals is your best source while pregnant.





I will explain why this particular brand is the safest.





While there are a hand full of other fish oil companies that do take out the mercury in their omega product, they neglect to take out other metals like aluminum contamination.

FYI - WE GET PLENTY OF 9's... We are more DEFICIENT IN 3's. So, get the omega products that have more 3's and some 6's and less 9's.
I totally agree 100% with Laura J, Nordic Naturals is definitely the best. Keeping those oil levels up is one of the most important things for both you and your baby.





I would also suggest you begin taking BabyLife acidophilus in your last trimester and continue it while breast feeding and then put it into formulas. It can help defend against yeast and immune system deficiencies.
