Should Iraq be selling the US oil at a discounted rate?

We are fighting their wars, building their government buddings and infrastructure to a tune of a trillion dollars so far. Shouldn't they sell us oil cheaper?Should Iraq be selling the US oil at a discounted rate?
Countries don't sell oil directly to another country, it is sold on the world market for the world market price.





The will use more and more of their oil revenue in time.





We are talking about Government, it takes time to get these things done. Should Iraq be selling the US oil at a discounted rate?
I would settle for them paying for their own reconstruction. They already have budget surplus in the billions due to oil and they can't figure out how to spend it. Why are we continuing to pay for rebuilding when they can easily take care of their own. We should just make sure they have the people who can help them put it to good use.

Iraq doesn't make profits from its oil. US oil companies do. Iraq only make profits from the land it leases to Exxon-Mobile.
we should not pay more than half of what the market is .they should be paying us back .instead of the working class in America paying for the war and local much money we send aware there buying oil .
